"We had a wedding to attend in the area and found the Hampton Inn a clean, satisfactory place to stay. Staff was quite nice and helpful. The inn was well stocked with incidentals if needed. Beds were comfy, nice linens. I found it somewhat overpriced, however nothing was disappointing. "

"Completely remote, beautiful surroundings, immaculate cabin. It had amenities like a full kitchen, grill, firepit, and hot tub as well. The communication from the property and labeling was top notch."

"When I think of primitive I think of a tent and sleeping bags and a trip to outhouses or a private spot to do your business. Cabins in a Clearing is a step up; though the bathroom arrangements are as described above. There are porta potties but quite away from two of the three cabins. That isn't fun. The cabins are clean with a comfortable bed and linens, and while there is no electricity there are battery powered lamps indoors and a protected area to charge your phones and laptops. Don't...

"Exactly as described. The cabin was so well insulated from the cold that we only ran the heater in the morning and evening for ~15 minutes and it kept itself a comfortable temperature (we were there mid October). The hosts provided extras like matches, lanterns, and chairs around the fire among others that made our visit even better. All guests park in the same place, so only 1 of the 3 cabins allows you to park right outside. However, a nice quality off road wagon was available for us to easily...

"Sweet private camp 20 minutes from Hocking. Large sites, shower, porta potty, firewood, nice owner. Close to a road but little traffic. Sites were not as distant from each other as I believed based on reviews. "

"The location was gorgeous and it was a fun adventure to stay in a tiny house shed conversation. We wish we would have had a better grasp of how far the bathhouse was from the cabin. It was not hundreds of feet away but as an individual with UC, this can present a challenge. Also not certain if there was a quick turn around for our arrival, but had to clean a bit when we arrived. There was gum stuck to the floor in the loft, items had been left in the fridge, and garbage had not been taken out....
