Modern and spacious fully equipped 3 bedroom house with garden, balcony and outdoor parking. This stylish and planned space is perfect for families and couples. Enjoy a BBQ in the garden, where your children can play freely. Please respect or neighbours, no noise after 10:00 pm, especially outside. There is a sensor on garden that reports excessive noise.Relax with Netflix on TV. Enjoy a bath and a glass of wine or cook in our full equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Underfloor heating throughout.

Our house includes 1 parking space, downstairs hallway with shower room. Open plan lounge dining area with kitchen. Sofa bed in lounge folds out to a double bed. Downstairs storage room. Large garden with terrace. Upstairs master bedroom with terrace. Family bathroom, second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with two single beds. 2 cots, high chair and stair gates free to use. Garden with children's slide and sandpit.

You are renting and have access to the whole house and garden.

We are available and very responsive via phone/message/whatsapp during your entire stay.

The house is located on a new estate with plenty of parking for extra cars. Opposite is the Zaplavený lom quarry where you can swim outdoors or walk your dogs. There is a Co-op 15 minutes walk from the house and it's 20 minutes walk to the castle.

There is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk from the house that takes you to the train station.

No noise after 10:00 PM This is a residential area, please be respectful to our neighbours. This house is not suitable for parties
-CITY TAX

All guests are required to pay 2.1 € per person/ per night to the city of Prague. The collection of the fee is regulated by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended, and generally bound by decree No. 18/2019 Coll. City of Prague, on the tourism tax, as amended.

Once you book, we will send you a link for online check in for submitting your data for the foreign police and payment of this tax.

-LATE CHECK IN CHARGE
Late check-in fee 500CZK/20 € after 21:00 with 23:00 cut-off. No flights landing after 21:30.

-QUIET HOURS
Prague's noise ordinance prohibits loud sounds between 10 PM and 6 AM.

-SMOKING
Is highly prohibited in the apartment. If smoking in the apartment is found, a fine of the amount 250 € will be imposed.

-UNAGREED LATE CHECKOUT
If unagreed late checkout, we have a right to fine the guest in amount of 50 €.

-WAITING FEE
In case of being late for check in and not communicating about delay, we have right to charge the guests 20 € for every hour of waiting.
