"Couldn’t have been more helpful. Room was comfortable, shower was very good, staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfasts were very tasty and perfectly cooked. Would be very happy to stay there again."
"We were only there for one night and couldn’t fault the accommodation . My only complaint was the price of breakfast. I agree you could have the continental and the full English but if you only wanted continental you would pay same price of £15. So we opted for no breakfast. "
"The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on.

Myself and my little girl were not in the building like i thought we’d be but the building next door. It was lovely though.just enough room for the two of us. Quite warm though as it’s summer and being on top floor. Really good location for the shops and the park. Food was great as well. "

The street can be a bit noisy, easy access through public transport, but parking can be a bit of a pain."
