"This getaway was excellent! The cabin is in the cut as to be expected but not difficult to fine and a good comfortable distance from town and to neighboring homes. The bridge to the trail is a bit narrow but is solid structurally. The cabin is exactly as advertised. Very modern and clean, comfortable beds s furniture, the hot tub was amazing and very clean. "We made a great choice in choosing the Riverfront Retreat for our Thanksgiving celebration. The large dining table fit our group and its close proximity to the kitchen made serving and cleanup a breeze. One bedroom is set apart from the others which worked perfectly for one couple who ducked out at 5am to catch a flight out of Dulles (about an hours drive) without disturbing others in the group. We enjoyed hiking in Seven Bends State Park and even toured the Shenandoah Caverns (a short drive)....

"We had a wonderful fall visit at this great cabin. Like others have mentioned, I don't think the pictures really do this place justice. The cabin is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. The back screened porch was our favorite spot for enjoying a drink and the view of the river.
