"My friends and I stayed at this wonderful property for my birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time. This is the best supplied Vrbo house I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Korrie is a perfect host and her house is amazing. Great for a family with kids in that there are 2 separate fun areas for kids and grownups! We played ping pong and put puzzles together. The first floor bedroom is perfect for those who don't love stairs. I rate this house as 5/5 stars! Thank you...

"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. "We really enjoyed our time at the cottage! This is a spectacular location with the very short walk down a wooded path to the beach at Lambert's Cove. It was a nice location for food and shopping at Vineyard Haven and visiting our friends in Chilmark. I recommend you arrive during daylight hours as we did - I think it might be tough to find the place for the first time at night. Also, the size of the cottage is perfect for a couple but would work well with one or two small children in the smaller...

"My wife, 2 dogs and I visited for a week. This house was well appointed, clean and relaxing. The deck, yard and views are spectacular. We were looking for a quiet place to decompress and recharge and this house did the trick. Christian was very responsive and helpful to every question. I highly recommend."

"This house is like a museum! It’s beautiful inside and out. The home wasn’t as private or secluded as I’d hoped. The owner lets the neighbors park their boat at the dock so they roll up on you while you’re sunbathing, looking in the window at you while you’re in bed and roam back and forth through the yard at all hours of the night. This was the only flaw for me and it’s a big one when you pay almost a 1000 a night to have privacy and peace. "

The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! Despite the bad weather cards we were dealt with, (a lot of rain and wind) we easily walked to the Campground and marvelled at the uniqueness of the gingerbread cottages and found some good rainy day hang-out's that I wasn't aware of (especially loved Behind The Bookstore & ventured out on a little bit on a rainy night to listen to live music at Nonan's) The check-in was super easy and we took advantage of the outdoor...

"Loved the location. Great spot. Hard to find at night, make sure you don’t use Waze as you’ll get misdirected. Kitchen is well appointed but there aren’t any leftover food supplies like coffee or sugar, so make sure you grab your own. You may need to bring an extra towel or two. But there were two towels for us. Overall, great spot. I’d love to come here in summer!"
