"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. "This condo is a minimalist dream but bring your own toiletries; soap, shampoo, etc. Location is amazing. All the basics but limited on a few things. Forks, spoons, etc. Communication with host took a minute but once we were in contact things were fine. I loved it. Would stay again. "

"Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still...

"We had a wonderful time staying at the island inn. We found it to be very family friendly. It had all the accommodations of home while being on vacation with a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, the space was inviting and we would stay here again!"

"Normally, I rent a large house with two or three couples; but this year we decided to take a last minute trip to MV for the Labor Day (2024) weekend. I was pleased to find a place at such short notice and at a reasonable price. This place did not disappoint! It is brand new, had everything that we needed; including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and linens. We were close to downtown Vineyard Haven. We were sorry we didn’t have more time to spend there, but would definitely come back again....

"Nice inn with comfortable and clean units. Not spectacular, but it's one of the few affordable places on the island. Some people might be put off by the location, a mile south of Oaks Bluff. But it's got Noman's, a great restaurant with live music, and it's right on the bus line. Also you can walk 15 minutes to the beach. Units not soundproof, you can here some noise from your neighbors. Great pool and tennis courts."

"We had a great week at the house. Dawn was very helpful with all logistical planning and proactive in communicating that the house was ready as we were already on island. It’s the best stocked house we’ve rented. Beach chairs, bikes, lawn games, kids games for inside, and everything was incredibly easy to find. Kitchen is great, all you need to do is show up.
