"Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! "Normally, I rent a large house with two or three couples; but this year we decided to take a last minute trip to MV for the Labor Day (2024) weekend. I was pleased to find a place at such short notice and at a reasonable price. This place did not disappoint! It is brand new, had everything that we needed; including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and linens. We were close to downtown Vineyard Haven. We were sorry we didn’t have more time to spend there, but would definitely come back again....

"I stayed there with my 18 yo son. The house is brand new and doesn't look like anyone has ever stayed there. The owner's are wonderful and you can't beat the location. It's 10 min to Vineyard Haven. 10 min to Oaks Bluffs and 10 min from Edgartown. This house feel like staying in a high end hotel and the interior if beautiful. I can't recommend this house enough."
