"Here we found what we hoped for our stay in Martha's. In a quiet residential street, a comfortable, ultra clean house with good size rooms and quality amenities. Cleverly placed skylights illuminate the interior. A supermarket is a corner away and the Edgartown charming historic city center is an easy 15 minutes walk. Who says better? "We had such a lovely time staying at this house. It was absolutely immaculate inside and appointed with everything we could need and more. The house is light and airy inside, which helped when we had a few days of rain. The location is secluded in the woods (be careful, we did find ticks on us) but a short drive away from the beaches. We will definitely be back "

"We had the best possible stay at Sanctuary Farm with our three kids. Dan and Haven are the kindest, warmest hosts, and the house is beautiful. Our kids loved seeing the animals every day and riding bikes down the quiet roads. The location next to hiking trails and with water views can't be beat. An absolute gem, and we will be back!"

"We have been coming to the vineyard for 10 years now, so we know the location well. The location is great. But… the house is very tired looking and out dated. What bothered us most was that the listing did NOT say no door on master bedroom. It’s open to the kitchen and living room. Which gave us no privacy. There are many things that need to be fixed and updated. Hopefully with some improvements the house will be more enjoyable. "

"The home was very comfortable and well furnished; I only wish there was linen in the house for the pull-out couch in the basement. Our first night on the Vineyard, while driving to the house, we got terribly lost in the dark, but our host, Melissa, stayed on the phone with us until we found our way. Thanks Melissa."

"Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still...

"This cottage was the perfect little getaway for our family to base our first visit on Chappy. We loved being able to walk to the beach and appreciated the cleanliness of the cottage as well as its charm. "

"Oak Bluffs is a beautiful place. The home was perfect for us with two bathrooms and a kitchen open to the living room. We only used two out of three bedrooms. We walked to town which was about one and a half miles."
