"Lovely welcome, large clean and quiet room. Just here for one night for a concert but a lovely hotel and great stay. "
"I have to give a shout out to Wictoria who worked at the reception and checked us in. First impressions make such a difference and she did ever so well. Very polite, engaging and even showed us to where we were to stay. We have two rooms. one studio and one very spacious flat with everything from a kitchen, to dining area to living room and balcony. Had a short but fantastic stay. Had breakfast from the buffet, but realised after that there were other options that could be ordered. Other than...

Only bugbear is that the service at breakfast is ok if you've got all day but not great if you want to get a move on. Why aren't you like other hotels where I can help myself to juice and cereal and that will shave 10 - 15 minutes off the time?"
