"The Bartizan's rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was gorgeous. The breakfast was generous, and we were given a packed breakfast on the day we left early. The staff were very attentive. It is located on the coast and walkable to loads of shops and restaurants. It was our favourite hotel in the two weeks we spent in Sri Lanka. "

"The rooms are lovely in this little boutique hotel, it is located at the top of Gaul fort and easy to park and find. The staff are very good and helpful. They make good coffee. We didn’t eat here other than a dessert but the quality was good. The restaurant is small though and there are no other facilities but for a comfortable room you can’t go wrong "

"A wonderful 3 night stay in the family suite with two double beds. Service from all the hotel staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived, and they went above and beyond from giving us a takeaway breakfast on our last day when we left early, as well as helping with our hired tuktuk! Hotel is further out of Galle Fort (about a 10min tuktuk drive/25 min walk), but setting of buildings onsite is lovely, centred around the main pool and communal outside area. "We had a wonderful stay at the Galle Fort Hotel. The rooms are amazing and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. We had an issue with an iron and we were absolutely taken care of by the general manager. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Galle area."

Vi havde et værelse på 3 sal med egen terrasse.
Vi havde et alle tiders kæmpe tre lige uden foran og om morgenen, da vi skulle spise morgenmad, var aberne meget interesserede.
Det var en morgenmad, som var inklusiv i opholdet, men det blev bragt til værelset til aftalt tid og man kunne komme med ønsker om preferencer.
Tillige fik vi en mygge skåner.
Vi havde brug for transport og stedet havde en mand ansat, der gerne kørte os til adskillige oplevelser og endda...
