"The location is mesmerizing with crashing waves and blue waters up to the hotel sea wall. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent seafood. Modern rooms and facilities."

"A bit late but we had a great stay. Highlight was Kumara the yoga teacher who adjusted the level as i was the only one that turned up. Guys around the resturant pool were good. And the office lady who helped me off site when she was walking hone and i had an issue."

"Great location, very close to the main beach, as well as turtle beach, parrot rock and the coconut tree hill. Plenty of good options for food on the main road right outside the hotel. Being close to the main road though makes it noisy during the day, as drivers love to blast the horn. The room was clean but also a bit basic. The bedsheets for example were too small for the double bed. AC worked well."

"Absolutely stunning views, with property leading out onto a gorgeous unspoilt beach. Friendly staff. Loses a mark as on the final day we left our bags on reception where they insisted they would be safe and looked after while we went out for lunch. However we walked back in and got them without anyone checking. Slight security concern they need to look at as lovely place otherwise :)"

"What an amazing place, 5 star luxury, the hotel grounds are pristinely, you have your own beach (as its difficult to get to unless you have hotel access. Great pool, the food is the best we had in Sri Lanka, they serve different types of Sri Lankan breakfast that you can try, like egg hoppers and sting hoppers with curry and dhal. We stayed in the sea view rooms on the second floor, amazing view of the sea and are huge. The best bit are the guys working there, they cannot do enough for you and...

"Hotel is beautiful and very well located. Frustrating that they dont have any extra bed available, we would have paid for it. Any hotel should have an extra bed available. The restaurant of the hotel is good and the area doesnt have many options, however, for dinner all they had was a set menu with very restricted options. They offered us sandwiches, but only for room service, so we were required to leave the restaurant and eat in our room (still eating the food from the hotel, very very rude)....

"We had a great 6 days at this lovely hotel. Location perfect and easy to take a walk or short tuk tuk ride to town. Lovely clean pool and situated right on the beach. Had an excellent albeit expensive massage - can recommend. Nice touch with short teaser massage on arrival. Very friendly staff apart from one older pool attendant who was not !
