"Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist direkt am Stand, von der Terasse aus kann man das Getümmel auf dem Coconut Tree Hill beobachten. Kurzer Weg zu diesem beliebten Ort. Man ist schnell im Zentrum. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse, da war es tagsüber laut. Nachts kein Problem. Wifi war nicht so gut. Frühstück lecker. Mittagessen hatten wir auch einmal a la cart bestellt, war gut! Ausreichend Liegen und Sitzplätze vorhanden. "

"This property was wonderful so why only 4 stars? Although I think it should be 5 stars, one consistent item knocked it down a notch. For this calibre of hotel, daily room make up service is a must. The fact that I was asked each day if I wanted this, to which my response was yes, and then to return to the untouched room at the end of the afternoon isn’t 5 star service. Stayed 3 nights and each day this happened, so would have to request it again. With that said, I loved the room, property...

"This a nice property with staff that tries very hard. Pros- we started with a really nice welcome drink and our room had an awesome view (very small deck) and a very comfy bed with nice pillows. "Large rooms with comfortable bed right on the beach. Easy walking to many tourist shops and many restaurants. Lots of fresh seafood available from these restaurants. Staff was very friendly and eager to help with a smile. The restaurant prepared a seafood grill each night and set tables with candies at the edge of the surf. Breakfast was very good with lots of fruit and an omelette station as well as curry. Can’t go wrong staying here. "
