"When I arrived the signs through the front door was confusing. I just found my way through to the bar where I spoke to the lovely staff behind the bar. Staff were really nice. Was shown to my room. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels were clean. Carpet and bathroom floor was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor. Tea and coffee was a welcome addition. "Fairly easy to find, though on a one way system, parking was a little tight at the back, ok for a small car, also limited spaces. There is some parking at front, but it restricted times etc .the hotel was nice and cosy, a bit dated, but everything functioned. We stayed at the back, and was fairly quiet there at night, not so sure about the front..? Warm cosy bed , very helpful friendly staff,.. AND the crown jewel was the full breakfast, 110% !!, set us up for the day, would recommend the place...
