"Stayed 3 nights off-season (March) and was perfectly happy with the Sandcastle when considering price/amenities ratio. It's not a fancy hotel, but met our needs just fine at a good price compared to other options on Tybee. Super-convenient location that is walkable to just about everything, including numerous restaurants, the "main" street stores and dining/bars, and the beach (a block or so away). Room was basic but fine, clearly an older motel that has been somewhat (but not totally) updated....

"Spacious! Liked there was a full bath for both rooms. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and nothing needed. We rented a car which was a waste of money. Everything is walkable. Uber if you have one of those places if you feel it’s too far to walk (still cheaper than renting a car). This place is central to everything. "
