"Really nice 2 bedroom property on the North side of Tybee. Great views of the ocean and inlet to the port of Savannah so view of container ships regularly passing. Condo is on 3rd floor up so be warned about stairs, but view over the dunes is worth it. Parking space is very tight for large vehicles but alternate parking spots near the pool area was not far away. Pool and tennis courts looked well maintained. "The property is older but well kept and decorated. There were many other units being rented out in the building while we were there- fisherman, families, and some very loud drunk parties. Friday night was the worst. This unit is on the third floor, and we found no advertised elevator, please consider this if you have a lot of luggage/ small children/ disabilities.
