"The property had bed bugs and refused to give us another room to stay and cancelled the rest of the reservation without a refund or compensation for all the trouble we dealt with and have had to endure after getting home from the trip. I would highly recommend that you do not book this stay with this company as they do not care about their customers at all! Very disappointed. "

"This is our 2nd stay at the Palms Resort. It is the best location, off the strip, away from the casino.Often when staying at Casinos, the room smells of cigarette smoke. I love that we don't have to deal with the crowds in the strip as well.The room has an excellent view. We love that it has a small kitchenette we purchase juice, fruit, snacks and keep them in our room for late night snacks.Daniel is a great host!This will be our go to spot for all of future trips to Vegas!"

"This rental is exactly as advertised. It does sleep six adults if you like each other a lot, with not a lot of room to stretch out. But if all you are looking for is a clean, quiet place to crash after a long day of touristing, this is the place. The hosts were excellent at responding to communication and accommodated reasonable requests quickly. It is an easy drive to both the airport and the strip. I highly recommend this property."
