"Absolutely shocking apartment, no fans or air conditioning, no clean towels , even had to go out and buy toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced. Cleaners never made beds , I think all they did was to flick a mop around. Reception only open at odd hours , charged for safe , charged for Wi-Fi which was in and out all the time . Pool nice , but a real bad drain smell near sun beds . Apartment was really tired and grubby , the whole place is in dire need of a refurbishment, paint peeling every where...

"WOW!!!! Fantastic apartments. Spotlessly clean. We had a ground floor 2bed apartment at the pool. We had 3 apartments. All spotless. Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds (no sunbed wars!!). Sheets & towels changed and pool towels supplied as well. What can I say about the bar/restaurant - FABULOUS. Staff are amazing and make you feel very welcome. Happy Hour every day. "I wish to make a strong complaint. The Parque Tropical was overbooked when we arrived on Sunday 20th November. Even though hotels.com had guaranteed my booking and I had paid in full. We picked Parque Tropical for its proximity to the shops, restaurants and the beach as per the info on your website. We spent 4 nights in Acuariosol apts which were a mile further away from the centre of the strip. We had only 3 in Parque Tropical. "Couple of roads back from the strip but just 5 mins flat walk. Good check-in, keyless door entry to room via mobile. Room has aircon in bedroom and comfy beds. Nice decor and balcony. Great cafe on site, plenty of clean and new sun loungers. Would stay again"

"The property was so well kept, staff were all very keen to help and had proud in their work. The apt was very spacious, clean had everything you needed if you wanted to do self catering. We had an apt in the corner so we didn't have a front terrace or balcony which was a bit disappointing but it was nice and quiet and more privacy then.
