"Quarto bastante espaçoso. Roupas de cama um pouco pequenas para a dimensão da cama, lençol de baixo soltava-se imediatamente. Berço de criança básico e com roupas de cama desajustadas - utilizavam lençóis de casal dobrados várias vezes para ficarem do tamanho do berço, o que não é seguro para bebés. Insonorização adequada do quarto - não se ouvia qualquer barulho da música nos espaços comuns. Relativamente ao tudo incluído, vale bastante a pena. "Hotel muito bem localizado, café da manhã excelente, tem estacionamento grátis, próximo a vários restaurantes, lojas e shoppings. Fica numa praia bem bacana (Camisón) e a poucos metros da Playa de Las Vistas, que é incrível! Os quartos são amplos e com móveis um pouco antigos (nada que prejudique), os com vista para o mar são os melhores (realmente tem vista para o mar!)."

"The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. "Lovely new infinity pool which was great to spend time by. Location is very central to Las Americas strip which is good for walking to restaurants but meant very noisy at night so struggled to sleep. Walls thin so could hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms and the corridor. We had breakfast included which was fine but nothing to rave about. Spa changing room was very dirty. Overall average hotel - if the infinity pool wasn’t there it would be rated lower! "
