Had an issue with payment because the card I booked with was out of date, so manager had to contact Expedia to clear payment with the new replacement card. I was out of internet contact, so the mix-up was a bit daunting. Entirely my fault though, and staff were very kind. "

"Love this Inn - charming & luxurious but unfortunately has some downsides which they probably can’t fix due to the age of the building & regulations. Absolutely stunning room, the best bed I’ve ever slept in was simply amazing! Water pressure in the shower along with lack of hot water was disappointing to say the least even when used at random times. Windows are only able to open 3” which is probably some random health & safety law but again disappointing to have an amazing view spoiled....

"Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"The check in process was a little strange, one person on the phone quite a bit in a room off to the side, who knew you were supposed to go in there? He had two other people in there so we had to wait about 15 minutes. Then we went in and it was all of 30 seconds, here's your key, go up the stairs, see you later! No information given. One day we asked about the buses and how to take them (we are from Canada) and the girl at the desk said she had no idea, she never took the bus. End of that...

Das Hotel selbst ist ein altes Gebäude, dem man seine Jahre hier und dort ansieht. Man bemerkt, dass aber investiert wurde. Das Frühstück war soweit gut. Mit hat der Aufenthalt gefallen. "

"Grove and Pablo were perfect hosts, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The stunning Georgian property is 15 minutes from Penzance and 10 minutes from Newlyn which was lovely and has lots of good restaurants. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from and all home made by Pablo including the bread, pastries and the delicious savoury muffins. We had a wonderful, relaxing break. "
