" It was a great find for exploring the Lizard. Both the property and grounds were immaculate. The accommodation had everything we needed and it was beautifully decorated. The welcome scones were a lovely touch. It was lovely to have the animals so close to the property. The host was also very welcoming. I appreciated the location; on the outskirts of the centre, so you're close to everything but not sureounded by tourists all the time. The cottage is small, but enough space for the three of us and lovely to have some outside space to use. "Pleasant Staff, great location and view .Hotel does need some updating ie new carpets hall ways and reception area and decorating throughout. Room was ok other than cracked sink ,rusty bath ,marks on the wall dated furniture but room was fine for a 3 star .The view was amazing had superior double room with sea view .Breakfast was nice ,coffee was luke warm.Saying all that for the price felt it was value for money for the view .
