Our room/suite was potentially a very nice room spoilt by a miniscule bathroom about 1.5m square and virtually impossible to get two people in there at once! "The hotel is on the promenade of Exmouth. Slightly tired and dated looking property, the lock on our door did not work but room a nice size and bed was comfortable, we had a view out to the sea which was nice. We did not eat in the hotel, we did use the bar which was small but fine. I would stay here again."

Breakfast was excellent with both continental and a selection of different English options. Staff were very polite and friendly. Bed was massive and very comfy. Very quiet room and location. No parking, but there were plenty of nearby spaces on the MyParking app."
