"This was a 10/10 for us. Just wonderful in all ways. It was romantic, scenically amazing with such a pretty sea view room and balcony, the room was beautiful, clean, fresh and white and bright and it was such a comfy bed and with so many high quality and thoughtful touches in the room like many lovely teas and drinks and quality biscuits, the food in the restaurant was delicious and even the staff were very friendly as well and helpful too. "What a great character place to stay for a couple of nights. Beautifully refurbished rooms and quiet even though close to a road. The inclusive breakfast was excellent with cereal, bread/toast, a selection of jams and a choice of hot food brought to you fresh and of course unlimited tea/coffee. All for a similar price to Premier Inn (no competition)"

"A wonderful visit to this beautiful, well run and happy pub. Genuinely a delight to spend time here. All the staff are excellent, special recognition to Elijah, Hobbs and Kelly for being above and beyond brilliant. Also, Adam made checking in quick and easy. Car park is handy and the number plate system is very simple to use. Food was delicious (we ate in both evenings) and the chef was very happy to accommodate our special dietary needs. " had a to remove the loo paper before you had your shower, otherwise one would get a soggy loo roll as it was situated to near the shower . We ate in the restaurant each evening and the food was very good. ... Personally, being in Lyme Regis, a little more fish on the menu would have been perfect. We would definately go again."

"Excellent pub food and very welcoming staff.The room was quite comfortable once we got it warmed up but some attention should be given to the doors so that they open and close more easily and perhaps add some lighting on the stairs. These are small in the overall scheme of things though. The breakfast at the nearby farm shop was outstanding."
