"Very friendly, both at check in and at breakfast. As I had a single room, it was lovely to be able to sit for a while in the gardens & residents lounge. Parking on site was a real bonus. The property is in a quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the sea front"

"We stayed in Room 22. Grrat views of the beach and Weymouth Bay. Check in was easy. There is no reception, you ring the bell or call the number posted on the door. We were met by Dean who checked us in. The room is up 2 flights of stairs and was warm, but after opening the windows, it cooled down. There were no fans, but my portable fan did help at night. A full, hot, made-to-order beakfast was included. The property faces the main street did get noisy with traffic in the morning, more so on...
