"The studio (unit 5) is small but updated, clean, efficient, and incredibly well-stocked (coffee K cups and machine, creamer, bottles of water, washer and dryer including soap pods, dishwasher, pocket electric stove top stored in a cabinet, dishware and pots and pans, and even a welcoming bottle of Italian Montepulciano wine!). Tight, but cozy and comfy. The location is ideal...adjacent to Monticello and a short drive into Charlottesville. Would definitely stay again."

"Highly recommend staying here. The unit had stylish furniture, was very clean and had all the basics you would need for a long weekend or more. The Murphy bedroom is not private, only has a curtain to close off the area and people have to walk past the bed to get to the primary bedroom. One and a half baths was adequate. The bathroom off the primary bedroom was very large. Quiet location with private deck. There are also fire pits and corn hole on the premises."

"Our stay was great! This place is a gem! We had plenty of space for the two of us. The outdoor fireplace seating was lovely for the evenings and the porch was lovely for morning coffee. Host was just as great! Very helpful and quick to response. This will be our go to stay for our CVille visits. "

"My wife and I wanted to get away for a quick n easy Valentine's Day and so I tried VRBO to find something relatively close and reasonable. We both like to hit venture and try new things, and hit the Casino if there is one.So often we've visited the Charles Town Casino and Horse Track, and didn't even realize there was an entire historic downtown area. Talk about a surprise and a quaint and lovely area. I can only hope it continues to grow and prosper. The downtown coffee shop we walked to...

"Although not the property I intended I'm renting, property management was diligent and finding a replacement, I was uncomfortable and sitting on the quaint they're simply because of the number cobweb on the deck underneath the home. Not so much a property issue but more of a resort issue, I made a reservation for a horse-drawn carriage ride only for them to cancel it 30 minutes prior because of lack of carriage availability."

"The property is very unique. It is off of a dirt road and I would suggest initially getting there while there is daylight. There are multiple steps to this room (located in the Castle building of the property), therefore it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The dipping pool was not filled at the time of our stay. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the shower temperature and pressure were a bit difficult to regulate but it seems the tub is better...

"We were rained-out of a long planned camping trip and, luckily, found this at the last minute. The Rococo room is beautiful and very clean, and the deck with BBQ is quite useful. It is spacious and bright. The grounds are fun to walk around. Seeing the different areas is really interesting. I especially liked the yacht floating in the pond. Overall this was a great stay! "
