"Three 50/60 something couples (with two dogs) got together for our annual reunion. Mid-October 24. The house did great for our event but would work well for a family trip as well. The place was very clean when we got there. Communication was great with homeowner/manager. It is a great house, well-appointed with: -Top notch access to beach -Elevator -Pool table -Hot tub -In ground pool -Good kitchen with lots of space and pots and pans -Large dining table -Quiet reading room -Large...

"Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. "

"We encountered a few issues during our stay. There was some large dog waste left in the backyard from previous guests, and while the pool and hot tub had just been cleaned (Friday), the lawn service came the next morning and ended up blowing grass clippings into the pool. "First time using VRBO, heard horror stories from others regarding key pad to door not working to the location left dirty. This unit was perfect. You can’t come here though expecting it to be like staying in those huge 3 plus level houses. There is no washer and dryer. "The stay was overall pretty good. The only thing we found was there are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire campground. 1 washer was broken and there was no change machine to get quarters and the office was closed. Could also use a playground for the little ones as there isnt much for kids on the property other than the pool for summer. "
