"O shopping está conectado a um amplo shopping center. O quarto que fiquei é bem amplo, correto. O banheiro é grande mas sem muitos mimos . Faltou um bom chuveiro e cabide para as toalhas. A noite pedimos sugestão para uma pizzaria e a concierge me sugeriu uma na praça de alimentação do shopping …. Rsrsrs "

"The Royal Sonesta is always a good option at the Galleria area. It’s not as fancy as some other hotels, but it’s a fair/ decent choice! The bed is very comfortable and the room is in great order. The bathroom is really small, though. "

"Limpeza dos quartos foi ruim Nao retiravam lixo, nao repuseram consumiveis e encontramos bandaids e resquicios dos hospedes anteriores. Não trocaram as toalhas por 2 dias"

"Excellent affordable option in the Galleria area! Nice rooms and spacious bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and the shower is very good. The special compliments go to the employees!! Smiley and always wanting to help!! The only con in my opinion was that the corridors and general areas of the hotel were dirty (and stains for all over the carpets). Recommend the ALoft to work on it!"
