"The location of the house is amazing and it comes equipped with everything you could want to enjoy the ocean. There's plenty of space for a larger group and we loved having morning coffee on the front porch then wandering over to the ocean to swim with the sea turtles who were present every morning. The house doesn't have AC but has plenty of fans which worked fine for our group. We loved the house and will absolutely come back if we're ever lucky enough to make our way back to the big...

"The host and the property is outstanding. Very cool and comfortable throughout the stay, easy to find and drive into, short easy drive to the main part of town, and the best part is the walkable beach access that regularly sees multiple seaturtles for feeding and a wonderful snorkeling location with clear water and natural wave breakers. Its pretty much a perfect location to stay in Hilo and is very much recommended."

"This location was perfect, allowing a centralized hub to visit the waterfalls, volcano, farmers market, and swimming with turtles. The house was perfect, stocked well with some spices and a few condiments. The kids loved learning to skim on boogie boards from local children across the street. The owner was quick to respond with questions and the house had a few maps and books to help plan our days. We would return for sure!"

"We loved this property. Directly across the street from beautiful beach and short drive to shops and restaurants in Hilo. Very peaceful and not in touristy location. We felt like we experienced the true Hawaiian vibe there. The property manager was very accommodating to our requests and included all necessary beach gear: water shoes, snorkels, beach chairs, etc."
