"It was a cozy & wonderful stay. Ada was amazing on communicating with us anything we needed. This spot is literally steps away from Venice beach and touching Ocean Front Walk. Place was clean, and we had no issues entering and parking is 1 block down, a short walk."

"The location of this place was just perfect for what my partner and I were looking for. It was near the beach and a lot of great restaurants. The place was clean and well maintained so I appreciated that as well. I forgot something at the apartment at check out and the cleaning crew and host were kind enough to communicate with me to get it mailed!"

"This property was perfect for what we needed! We were in LA for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It seems like the unit was newly constructed or renovated. Everything was perfectly clean - I felt like we were the first renters. Check in was easy and we were able to park two cars on the street each night. The location was on a nice street with easy access to several fast food restaurants close by. We were able to get to and from downtown in 15-20 minutes. Check out requirements...

"Overall, a wonderful experience. Great location and proximity to the harbor. Having a parking space was key! Though the pic shows the pool, I never saw it. I guess that's dependent upon the unit that is available at check-in. Suggestions to the owner:1. replace the 1" plastic mini-blinds which were in bad condition2. provide cleaning products for guests to use while there3. put placemats on glass dining table to prevent possible damage4. provide more towels/washcloths. We discovered some left in...

"It was a great, central location and beautiful architecture and style. Definitely worth it for the price, there’s a nice view of the neighborhood and also even the Hollywood sign. There’s parking garages nearby a short walk nearby, but also some street parking if you don’t come back too late."

"This listing is completely misleading!! After booking, I was given two different addresses. One to meet at a random parking lot and another for the actual unit, which was nearly 30 minutes away from the advertised location. (I didn’t notice the switcharoo until I had Ubered 40 min to the original location I booked!!) After traveling all day it was too late to find another place. I text the owner and was eventually ignored!! Part of the outrageous check in instructions said not to let the condo...

The space was clean, cozy, and I especially enjoyed the fun pink walls in the entrance and hallways, they gave it such a cheerful vibe. "Access to condo was easy and Taylor communicated everything we needed for a great stay. The unit was well furnished and clean and the area was perfect to explore the area. "

"Perfect for our weekend beach trip! The studio was about a 5 min walk to the beach, with street parking. There were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream within walking distance. The host was easily accessible and made the rental process smooth."
