"This is a very cozy efficiency apartment with a private entrance and is attached to the host's home in a quiet out of town ranchette subdivision. There is also a private patio with a hot tub that is perfect for gazing at the stars under the Sonoran Desert sky. The property is a few miles outside of Florence where saguaro and cholla cacti abound. I was on a working trip but wouldn't hesitate to bring my wife to this property for a vacation. "Spent most of our time attending Spring Training games. One suggestion, but maybe I couldn't find it, was to have a plunger available in case of toilet plugging up. We did need one, not for the toilets, but for the side bathroom shower. Drain in shower stopped up to the point, we were standing in at least 3-4" of bath water."

"Cleanliness is important, and this was not clean. I don't know Vrbo owner standards but this can't meet them. Very disappointed. We only stayed 1 night and went to a motel instead. Quite an expense for us, but we could not stay here one more day!"

"The hosts were absolutely wonderful I only wish that all the stairs had been pictured on the listing. The cleaning crew could have done a little better job it looks like somebody's dog had trampled all over the futon and drooled all over it and there was a ton of dog hair and dust under the bed otherwise the place was spotless and the host offered to come clean it but I declined again they were absolutely wonderful and I would rent again but I would rent on the other side of their Apartments so...
