"Soccer team tournament. Excellent location to soccer complex (12 min). We were 14 people parents of 5 (17-18 yo) girls. The bathroom situation was a little tight- the only en-suite is in master bedroom located on main floor; one full bathroom on 2nd floor where there were 4 bedrooms. 3rd shower located on main floor in the mud room off the garage. We are all close families so we made it work. Lots of sleeping space in bedrooms. "

"House was great and met all of our expectations! Teens loved the pickle ball court and we had plenty of room for all. Only downside was responsiveness of host. Always a friendly worker answering calls, but unfortunately actually resolving issues was a challenge. We had to follow up multiple times on the pool heater, dishwasher and other items. "

"We met with grandparents and an Aunt for an early family Christmas. The location is beautiful. My Aunt especially loved watching the hummingbirds, quail and other birds come to the water feature. We enjoyed the views and lots of pictures were taken.The house was great for Elderly and young alike. ywo"
