"The location is a bit out of the way in a transitioning neighborhood, but overall, the place was clean, bright, pleasantly decorated, plenty of space, private rooftop patio access (which was great for the wonderful weather we had). "

"The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. "While I contacted the host as soon as it became clear that the air conditioner was not working at all and the apartment was 85 degrees and she was polite and communicative, she did nothing to remedy the situation so we got very little sleep in the sweltering apartment. She apparently contacted Maintenance but they never came. There was also a road closure that made it impossible to enter the building garage. There were also no washcloths, and the kitchen had only a few glasses and no corkscrew....

"Gladys was an excellent host. She realized my original rental was double booked. She quickly provided me with an upgrade and another rental at the same location. The place was great and had convient parking. Will definitely stay again next time in Philly."

"Location of the property was good for our plans while in Philly. Able to easily walk to old city and short Uber to Lincoln financial. Propert and building pretty dated but building felt secure."
