"We rented that house for my family from Georgia to spend time with my 87 year old Dad, who lives in the Haymount area of Fayetteville. We brought him over to spend the day and the house was perfect. There is a Living Room/Keeping Room off the Kitchen and a separate TV room for kids. Worked perfect for us to sit and talk with my Dad, yet have the kids nearby. Awesome back yard area. We need to come back when we can use the pool!"

"We were in town to visit family that is going through chemo. Location was close to cancer center as well as several eating places. Neighborhood was nice. House was very clean and comfortable. The reason for 4 stars overall instead of 5 stars, was because of the bed. The bed has a plastic cover with the sheets on top of it. "My family and I enjoyed our stay. My wife and I and 3 children. 2 adult daughters 22yrs and 19yrs and one 10 year old son. The house was very nice super clean located in a nice gated neighborhood. We used the kitchen and had everything we needed. The rooms had good amount of space and beds were comfortable. My son enjoyed the games while there. My daughter enjoyed the privacy as she did a little studying. We enjoyed being together and being able to retreat to separate rooms for privacy....

"The host, Wade, was pushy as to when we’d arrive and demanded to know. We didn’t have a plan so it felt intrusive. When we arrived, the house was NOT as it looks in these pictures. There were two cockroaches by the kitchen, fitted sheets loosely thrown over the couches, bedrooms with junk randomly placed, and it looked like a 3-year old made the beds. Wade promised a refund, but NEVER did. We got a hotel and it was worth every penny. This place is not fit for rental. I’d post pics if it let me....

"I could have lived here. Everything was so nice! The furniture was so comfortable, big screen, pool table, hot tub, it all made for a very enjoyable stay! The kitchen was stocked with enough dishes and spices and coffee. Everything was very clean and smelled so good. The owners were responsive as well. I highly recommend staying here!!"
