" I stayed 8 nights at this hotel. I made a reservation for 1 king and 1 sofa bed, but they gave me 1 room without the sofa bed. I went down, complained and they moved me to another floor. After checking out, I received the bill saying that I stayed on a smokers' floor, since I don't smoke, and they charged me more than 200 dollars for cleaning, because it was a smoker's floor. But the hotel who made the room change, and there was no communication of that fee. I was cheated, and they don't want...

"Reservei achando que seria algo simples na beira no mar, mas chegando no hotel fui surpreendido. Realmente é simples, mas muito bacana. Suíte ampla, com sala e 2 quartos. Área interna muito legal e bem cuidada. Estacionamento é na rua, na lateral do hotel. O bairro é tranquilo, com várias opções de comércio e lavanderia dá para ir à pé. Gostei também do fato de ficar no meio do caminho para qualquer coisa em San Diego. Gostei e recomendo."

"You can’t beat the location. The room was clean. Older decor, which I personally loved. However upon arrival the rooms are cold this time of year. After the first day it did warm up. Also do not plug in too many electronics or the power will shut off on one side of the room. Once you know both of these things your stay should go as wonderful as ours did! We will go back to this Hotel."

"Property is in a great location and that is worth 5 stars but, that doesn't count. There was a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. We had a great time the first night, but, as soon as below unit got visitors they had loud music and did smoke quite a lot, which somehow was entering our units even with the windows closed. The unit also does NOT have a HVAC system, and there was only one space heater, which should be 2, for the bedroom and for the living area. The gas heater in the living...

"We had a lovely weekend in Gualala, and the property was in a perfect location. Reception was warm and welcoming, and our room was cozy with the fireplace. There was not much for amenities, but all we really wanted was an affordable room with an ocean view. This was it, including an elephant seal we could see on the beach from our window!"
