"We had a fantastic stay in Hulls Cove, exploring Acadia and Mt. Desert Island with our 2 kids and my in-laws. The location was perfect - close to the park entrance but much quieter than the bustling/touristy Bar Harbor. The view over the cove was amazing - we watched sunrise several days from our windows or across the street on the beach. Our kids loved playing in the pool, and there was rarely anyone else there so they had it to themselves!The accommodations were great and the host left...

"A beautiful home on beautiful Long Pond! Easy access to all the wonders Acadia has to offer. And then “home” to enjoy the kayaks, the porch, the hot tub, the best equipped kitchen, US Open tennis , a good night’s sleep. REPEAT! Many thanks."

"My favorite place in Maine. Saw a bald eagle every morning. Beautiful and amazing place! "

"The cabin has a great screened in porch in front and a patio out back. It is a great place to relax after a long day at Acadia! It is very peaceful in the evenings. We loved our stay here!"

"House location is perfect for Bar Harbor and Acadia. Water way behind house was really nice for kayaks, which are provided with the rental house. Fire pit was a great addition to the house for family nights. Overall, house was great. Could use some updating of couches in first floor living room for more comfortably. No a/c on first floor. If listed in rental I missed it. Temps were higher than expected the week we stayed so it was hot. Upstairs bedrooms and family room were much nicer and...

"Our stay was fantastic! In walking distance to Bar Harbor and close to Acadia and other restaurants outside of Bar Harbor. Neighborhood was quiet. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean, well stocked, beds were comfy. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!"

"House is adorable and newly renovated, located in a quaint fishing village. Fun and quiet place to explore, away from the Bar Harbor hustle and bustle. Really enjoyed being here! Nice to have access to kitchen and laundry. The only improvement we could think of is the check-in process; instructions weren’t fully accurate and had to work with local host to troubleshoot. "This was our third time staying at this property. We’ve done a winter stay and now 2 summer stays and we’ll be on another next year because we’ve already booked. It is an awesome location, enough rooms for all of us and it’s right on the water so my sister and I can float. (Which is our favorite.) the lake is clean and cool perfect for floating. Our host is always there for any questions. "

"The property suited our needs and checked our boxes for waterfront and easy access to Acadia and Bar Harbor. We enjoyed the kayaks, and appreciated the life jackets in many sizes so we could all participate. Also, the house had a convenient supply of beach shoes (the rocky shore isn't barefoot friendly...). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, small appliances, and cooking tools. We had a blast!"
