"The Fellpack was exceptional. We literally had the perfect stay. Stunning rooms from the suite. The most beautiful bathroom and the bed was devine. One of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure to stay in in years. The lovely lady on the reception was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. "Guys running it were friendly and happy to help. It is in a good location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick. Very dog friendly and it was obvious both guys loved dogs. Ðogs can go into dining area with you so no worries about leaving them in room. Gluten free breakfast available along with oat milk if required. "

"The staff and warm and welcoming. Extremely dog friendly (we received a doggy welcome pack and a doggy breakfast!). Rooms were clean with a good choice of hot drinks and other special touches (sleep spray etc). Breakfast was delicious and served promptly. "

"Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Staff were very welcoming.Room was fine just a little warm so just left the widow open a little. Toilets & showers were clean. Kitchen was great. Breakfast was okay wouldve been better if the bacon / hash browns were warmer. Good for a hungry person as they give you more if you ask. Had very noisy neighbours but thats not the staffs fault just very thoughtless people that obviously thought they had the whole building to themselves."

"We had a lovely weekend at the Pheasant with friends. Our room was really nice, large enough with a massive bathroom (in the main hotel). "We had a fantastic few days staying at the Royal Oak. Our room was perfect - very clean with extremely comfortable beds, an amazing shower and a lovely view straight onto the river. Lots of walking straight from the door, handy drying room for wet kit and lovely cosy bar and lounge for an after walk drink and board game. Dinner was absolutely delicious with a choice of three options each night. Highly recommended - we will definitely return!"
