"Didnt have my booking on the system, appeared to give me the reserve room that they use for last case scenarios. The stairwell ran diagonally above the bed so every time someone walked up the stairs it boomed through just above your head. Hidden charges for using the gym. Main reception in a different building. Free parking was the only decent part. "

När vi kom dit så höll man på med renovering och vi blev initialt placerade i ett rum som inte alls motsvarade våra förväntningar. Personalen var som alltid tidigare helt fantastisk och de löste ett annat rum till oss.
