"Communication with Erwin was good and the house is lovely and right on the beach! It's not far from things to do, restaurants, shops, etc. My only complaints are that it was billed as 3Br but the third bedroom is outside through a hall with another key. I wanted bedrooms for my kids so they'd sleep better but there is no way I was putting a little kid out there. There was a third bed on the floor in the master which worked well but it just wasn't what was advertised. The maintenance in the house...

"Overall the best of our 3 trips to the area over several years. The property, unit and view are as advertised with a spectacular sunset from the deck or poolside. Cleanliness of unit was 10/10! Lot's of room inside, short walk to several restaurants was a bonus and great to be right on the beach. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend this property."

"This spacious 2 bedroom condo, is a fabulous place for a group of 4. It is located on a very scenic and calm beach and has everything you need. The property manager is also very responsive and helpful. I would definitely come back when visiting Playa Flamingo area."

The little town is super secluded and have spas restaurants and shops that you can walk to, they have a market that has a little bit of everything and is super high end. The wake spa services are amazing and the staff in all the restaurants are great. If you're looking for a local vibe, this may not be your place.you have to drive to the little town of Potrero to get that, but if you are looking to relax, walk...

Great location: Portrero has a couple grocery stores along with multiple restaurants just minutes away. Easy to get to other beach towns such as Flamingo, Tamarindo, Hermosa, and Covo.
