"We really enjoyed this place. Very clean and modern. The host had great communication. I was in a wheelchair and was able to get around pretty good. Just one step from the driveway. There is a lip in the shower so if you can transfer and bring your own chair you can shower but might need help if you are unable to stand. It is a tight squeeze. Over all we would come back again!"

"Two couples stayed a week and the house and location are good. Some road noise from the main road behind the house but you get used to it. House layout was good with 4 bedrooms with great beds and pillows. Acces to the beach was less than a 5 min walk and about 15 to where the restaurants are. The response to inquiries from the property management company was very good. Shortfalls: - the pool was never cleaned before or during our stay. We cleaned it when we got there and removed the beer caps...

I had emailed Dave prior to arriving and he was very quick to respond to me and we had back and forth correspondence for a few days, which was very much appreciated by me. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is planning on traveling to Potrero in the future. "

"We were visiting for my friends bachelorette trip. This was the perfect stay. So close to the beach, very private, easy to get to all of our activities.... There were so many monkeys right outside the house!!! Amazing! And the pool is right next door. I would definitely stay again."

"Overall we loved the house and it was true to the listing. That said, the downstairs beds are really hard and very uncomfortable. We tried to checkin early but received no response from the property manager at all, even once it was time to check in. We never asked, or needed anything after that so don’t have further experience with contacting them. Other than that, the place was great and it’s a beautiful house with nice, secure parking."
