"This is an exceptional property.Easy kayak to near pinel island where you can spend the day on the beach and enjoy the 2 restaurants on the island in between the snorkeling :).The villa had great AC in the bedrooms(nice and cold)A must for us. Veronique was amazing. She even went to the supermarket before we arrived to get us started! "Paradise! What a beautiful villa! Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Serge’s villa so much! This was our fourth trip to Saint Martin but our first to the Anse Marcel area. "First of all we would like to say "thank you" to our host: Chirstopher and his two sons. Our stay at their location was exceptional. The property sits on a hillside above Loterie Farms so you will need a vehicle. The property was equipped with everyday necessities and the views were spectacular. This was a vacation for the books and we will definitly be returning."

"This was one of the poorest VRBO listings we ever stayed in. There was only 2 bath towels which we used for beach towels, 2 hand towels and 1 large bath towel. No facecloths, no dish liquid, 1 dish towel, l roll of toilet paper, no garbage bags, no garbage can in the bathroom, 2 separate sinks in the bathroom, one we couldn’t even use as the tap leaked even when not in use. The TV didn’t work, no adaptors for the plug-ins and these issues weren’t looked after until the second day into our stay...

"Pontos positivos: a suite master possui quarto amplo com cozinha, próximo de muitos restaurantes, ótimo café da manhã, piscina boa, restaurante do hotel excelente. Pontos negativos: um pouco distante das praias Maho e Mullet, porém em St. Martin o aluguel de carro é quase obrigatório."

"O hotel é muito bonito, ajardinado, florido. Nosso quarto, porém era muito úmido por ser o último dos fundos. Havia cheiro de esgoto o tempo todo próximo da porta. Pedimos para trocar e não fomos atendidos pois disseram que o hotel estava lotado. Quem não gosta de natureza e insetos, melhor não ir. Nosso quarto era térreo, cercado de muita vegetação, então… Acredito que os quartos no nível superior sejam perfeitos. Não tivemos sorte."
