"Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. Bed was a bit harder than we are used to which was a tad uncomfortable. Other than that, it was top-notch"

"Kumpeli spa on mainio perheomisteinen yritys Heinolassa. Kylpyläpuoli on remontoitu erittäin hyvällä maulla ja vaikka sisällöllisesti se on tehty aikuiseen makuun, sai taapero myös iloa polskuttelusta ja porealtaista. Huoneessamme oli symppis 2000-luvun alun fiilis. Sängyt olivat hyvät ja erityismaininta menee isolle kiintokalustepenkille, johon oli helppo laskea tavarat."

"I had a great experience here. The beds were comfortable and everything felt clean. It attempted at having a kitchen in a hotel style room which I was grateful for the refrigerator, microwave and the utensils. I was surprised they require that you take your own trash out and there doesn't seem to be anyone working there, I guess besides the cleaning staff. I had read some negative reviews on Google but after staying here, they must have stayed in a different style room or something. "

"Picked the place because of the location. Great option! I was only guest in this small hotel and got VIP-treating. very quiet area. actually really nothing nearby....so it was excellent sleep. Great breakfast, parking right next to the entrance. What else can you wish! "

"Huoneisto oli hyvin varusteltu ja siisti. Kaksi vessaa oli hyvä lisä. Keittiössä kaikki tarvittava ruoanlaittoon ja tarjoiluun. Joku lakana ja peitto taisi puuttua lisävuoteesta, meillä onneksi oli omia mukana. Jos ei olisi ollut, niin niitä olisi kai pitänyt lähteä respasta kilometrin päästä jonottamaan. Puhelimella respaan ei nimittäin päässyt ollenkaan läpi ja paikanpäälläkin oli jonotuslappujono, pahimmillaan 20 minuuttia. Eli huoneisto hyvä, respa huono."

"Ihan hyvä vkl:lle. Rauhallista, kaunis ympäristö, aurinkoinen takaterassi huoneistossa. Uimaranta vieressä. Hieman kulunut asunto, mutta ajoi asiansa. Hyvä/hinta laatu suhde. Aamiainen oli myös ihan hyvä."

"Holiday Clubin tyylinen vastaanotto pitkän kaavan mukaan. Pitkät jonot vain pari vastaanottovirkailijaa. Palvelu oli kuitenkin ystävällistä ja kaikki asiat tulivat helposti hoidettua. Huone uusitussa holiday Clubin hotellissa oli ilmastoitu ja mukava. Huoneen hinta-hupi suhde oli erinomainen.Pienenä miinuksena voisi sanoa että minibaarin tavarat karkkeineen ja kaljoineen olivat lukitsemattomissa tiloissa. Jääkaapissa ja tiskipöydällä. Aamiainen oli ruuhkainen, mutta ei koskenut meitä koska...

"Et super centralt hyggeligt lille hostel. Værelset var perfekt, rent med både TV, Håndvask, Køleskab, 2 borde. Pæne rene toiletter og bad. Værten meget venlig og opmærksom. Der er lidt lydt, hvis man har værelse tæt på toiletterne. Centralt beliggende."
