"Elevator has not been inspected since July 2023 and it should be inspected every year. Also we had reserved a king bed and were given a queen instead. We did not report this. Otherwise our experience was very nice."

"Our stay was comfortable overall. The room had all the basics we needed, including a cozy bed and an excellent shower with just the right water pressure. However, the room was a bit stuffy with a stale smell upon arrival. Thankfully, we had our own disinfectant and air freshener, so we were able to settle in after a quick refresh. The room could use a few minor updates, like functional USB ports and a bit of general maintenance. Staff interactions were fine—not particularly warm, but not...

"Room was clean and plenty of towels and amenities. Front desk people were friendly but not helpful. There was no elevator to 2nd floor, so only bring what you can carry up many steps. During my stay there were lots of dogs barking in the rooms, not what you want hear at all times. Overall it was ok"
