" Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! O apartamento é enorme e com uma vista privilegiada da praia e do mar! Tudo funcionando perfeitamente! Cama, banho, ar condicionado, cozinha, tudo muito bom. "The Royal Palms was perfect. We stayed for 8 nights and had zero complaints. The apt was incredibly spacious, with a balcony where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast every morning. The bedrooms were huge, clean, and had plenty of storage for our clothes. The kitchen was fully functional—although we are out most dinners. They provided both beach towels and bathroom towels. "Extremely friendly staff before I even arrived. I had trouble finding the property with the address provided, so the property manager called and provided directions while I was driving there. The groundskeepers were all extremely friendly and waved each time I went past them. The view was amazing and you could see St. Martin from the house. "These villas are private and spacious, which is great when you are traveling with family or friends. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly, top-notch service! The villas are not directly on the beach, but are a short walk from Crocus Bay, which had phenomenal snorkeling and a great restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The views from the villas perched on the hillside are remarkable. "

"Everything you’d hope for here; lovely views with ocean breezes to match, fully equipped kitchen for those evening meals on the deck or morning coffee to watch the sunrise from the rooftop, saltwater pool and nearby beach area for a quick dip.It was our 4th time staying at this same unit. Communication via email has been excellent and when the property manager is in (afternoons) she has always been helpful and gracious. Such good people here. "

"It was a nice, smooth check in. We were met at the house by the property manager, Kerin. He showed us around the house and left contact information. We also met the owners, who live next door. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary supplies, which was a pleasant surprise. We just had 2 couples, so there was ample room. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms makes for easy living. "The house was fantastic and the island is even better.Everything about the house and the host was top notch. The house manager, Florivia, met us at the ferry dock and brought us to the house to show us around and how everything worked. She was super helpful and responsive to all our questions throughout our stay.
