A beautifully updated cabin surrounded by 20 acres of woods, and plenty of space with everything you need to unwind and relax. A quiet retreat located in Delavan, WI and within 15 minutes from downtown Lake Geneva, and only 5-7 minutes from Williams Bay, and Fontana, which surround the beautiful Geneva Lake. Delavan Lake is right across the street from the entrance to this wonderful location. It's truly the best of both worlds to be in your own space away from it all and yet close enough to the best this area has to offer! Read a book in the gazebo with hanging swings or on one of two covered porches. The outdoor space also includes a patio with a fire pit, grill, and seating along with a table to dine at. The inside includes two cozy gas fireplaces, a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, reading balcony, and several great work spaces. Stay in and watch a movie by the fire. Make yourself at home!

Peaceful and Relaxing--As Advertised

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. If you are looking for a quiet place with a rural feel, but that is still close to Lake Geneva's downtown, this is a great spot. My wife and I enjoyed a walk around the property each morning and evening, and down the lane through the cornfields. There are few things I like better than a quiet front porch and a book. The three cows were fun, too.

This place exceeded my expectations and everyone loved it! I had a 7 and 2 year old with me and they had a blast on the swings and looking at the cows. The cabin had everything we needed for them from toys, books, bedding, step stools, high chair, etc. Place was very clean and decor was lovely. Thereā€™s winding stairs to go to the upper level so just make sure youā€™re comfortable with those kind of stairs. Overall, amazing place. If Iā€™m ever again in the area Iā€™d definitely book again.

Perfect Relaxing Weekend

What a perfect cabin in the woods for a weekend getaway. It's close to all the hot spots, but still feels secluded in private. The cozy feel and privacy was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. The extra touches made the experience extra special. My friend forgot her toothbrush and there were spares in the master bath. I would highly recommend this cabin!

Iā€™ve stayed at this property before and loved it so much I couldnā€™t wait to come back. Itā€™s cozy, nicely appointed, immaculately clean and the best of both worlds:itā€™s on 20 very quiet secluded acres yet right off the beaten path to shops, restaurants, watering holes, etc. If you want to relax itā€™s perfect but also you can get out and about in mere minutes.

Absolutely Perfect

I spent hours looking through hundreds of cabins near Chicago, and I can confidently say this one is absolutely perfect. The location is fantasticā€”very private yet just a short drive to downtown Lake Geneva. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the cabin had everything we needed. It was beautifully, impeccably decorated for Christmas, making our stay feel extra special. We loved how quiet it was, and watching the wildlife outside was such a treat. A highlight was spotting a resident red-headed woodpecker, whom we affectionately named "Hickory." The fireplaces were the cherry on top, creating cozy, relaxing evenings. This cabin is honestly one of the best we've ever stayed at.

Private beautiful cabin in the woods

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin surrounded by woods. Great for relaxing family time, and we also went to Lake Geneva shopping and rented a boat for a few hours. We sat around the fire pit roasting marshmellows, listened to the birds while swinging in the seats in the gazebo, and used the gas grill. The cabin has all the supplies you need, and is really comfortable. We loved visiting the cows twice a day and walking the long driveways in the forest and farmland. We would definitely like to visit again. Hope was very responsive to any question we had.

Amazing Modern Cabin

We had a wonderful stay! I'll start by saying it was the cleanest (and I mean just spotless) Vrbo we have ever been to. A great location right between everything. The hosts were so gracious, kind and responsive. They literally thought of everything. The layout of the cabin was quaint and charming for our family of 5 but might not work for some. On the main level there is only one private room with a queen bed and it also has the only full bath plus washer and dryer. It also has the door leading to the back porch. Up the spiral stair case are the other two beds. While they are somewhat private (there is a screen you can put up they have provided) there are no doors to close and it's open to the downstairs as well. Between these two spaces is a half bath. Again this was no issue for us but if you have adults that aren't family it might be not private enough. I'd say two adult couples would also be fine if they are ok with one shower. Beds were all comfortable and linens were very nice. The upstairs also has lower ceilings in areas. We are tall and it didn't bother us (again added to the charm) but I know some are bothered by that. Outside are two great porches, a firepit area and patio plus a gazebo with 2 fun swings that can be lit up at night. My teenagers loved this! Don't hesitate on this cabin. It's everything you want and more as long as you are comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. I would book this property again in a heartbeat! Don't wait to book!

Perfect getaway

The cabin was everything we could want and more from an early spring getaway. The location was very easy to find but the long driveway and large property made it feel secluded enough to truly enjoy the nature surrounds. Every room was stocked with anything you could need. Hope was extremely helpful and our check in/check out was so simple. Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic spot

This for sure one of my wife's and my favorite VRBO's! Owners were super friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area, info on the property, etc. The location is really close to everything Delavan and Lake Geneva, but has a long driveway through some woods and along some fences that makes you feel like you're out in the country. Home itself was super clean, well stocked, recently renovated, and comfortable couches and beds. We definitely plan on coming back this Summer!

The cabin was beautifully decorated, clean, and very well-maintained. It had an extremely cozy atmosphere, and was the perfect place to spend a snowy weekend. It was in a secluded and quiet location, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The host was very kind and diligent about checking in periodically to ensure we had no questions. Our group had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here.

Magical Christmas Memories

This cozy, private cabin was everything we hoped for, and more, for our recent Christmas visit. The host has thought of every detail for a wonderful stay and even had the cabin decorated for Christmas when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked down to the tiniest detail. This cabin is charming and well appointed with everything we needed. It's comfortable and nicely decorated. The grounds are also very nice. The kids had fun watching the cows and hanging out in the gazebo.
