"We spent 2 nights at the Edgecumb Arms for a family reunion. The room was superb, with great views over the Tamar. It was very well appointed. The English breakfast was delicious and copious and the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Bonus point - we were able to able to bring our dog. Amazing walks in the Edgecumb park which is one minute away or alongside the river Tamara. This was our second stay and will happily stay again in the future. "

"We were put in a basement room with a view of back yard with dirty doors etc. .no hair dryer or Iron. Luckily we asked for one at reception but had to walk 100 yrds to do that. .door didn't close properly so could hear all noise. Toilet flush from next rooms was very loud. Also terrible creaking floorboards from rooms above. Parking was limited on street and was pay and display which was expensive for 24 hours. We were not far from beach so that was a bonus. Only stayed one night fr an occasion...

"Hotel clean, accessible for walking around the city and parking sufficient (not sure if t here would be enough spaces if full) Rooms clean, beds dreamy and towels changed daily. Outside the building, a little noisy during the early hours. Sound seems to carry. I though one member of staff a little rude when checking in. I asked him the floor number for my room and he just pointed at my room number written on the wallet handed to me. I would stay there again. "

"The staff on reception were so friendly. The hotel was clean and modern inside. Bedrooms so warm with heat on. You can walk into Looe or drive down and park. Hotel has parking so that brilliant. The beach does f let dogs on there are any time which is a shame but they can walk along the path. Lots of cafes, pubs, eating places all dog friendly. Loved it there. "
