"We had a very brief stay and it was clean, comfortable and as described on the website. Very happy. About 8-10 min walk from train station, beautiful walk over the footbridge. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite to quickly assist!"

"金沢の滞在中に大地震があった。 チェックインした部屋が地震で水漏れ等の影響があったが、スタッフの方がすぐに空きの部屋で地震の影響があるかチェックして、部屋替えをしてくれた。 金沢のご馳走がある店はもちろん、周囲のコンビニも空いていなかったため水分と食料の心配もあったが、スタッフの方がホテル内の自動販売機を紹介してくれて助かった。 余震もあり一晩不安な夜を過ごしたが、スタッフの方の丁寧な対応で安心した。 連泊する予定だったが、不安もあり翌朝帰った。 金沢にまた行こうと思う。"

Five beds in a single room, with wallpaper peeling off, and all sorts of weird attempts at “renovation.” For the price, could be good for five backpackers. "Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Easy checkin and check out with a tablet. Personal onsen was relaxing and just what we needed. We didn’t use the footbath but it looked good. Everything was clean and well maintained and easy too use. Location was perfect will a view of Mt Fuji. Completely worth the extra coin. Only criticisms is that the entrance sign could be more obvious, it was hard to see the small sign after a long bus ride and train ride. We couldn’t get the vending machine app to...
