Apartamentos em Kanagawa

"Overall it was a good stay. The onsen is amazing! Rooms are big and spacious, but furniture is showing signs of getting dated and in need of a refurbishing. Comfortable pillows and bed a little hard for my preference. We had for dinner the Luxury Kaiseki including 4 dishes, of which 2 were great (sashimi and sukiyaki) and 2 others I didn’t enjoy, although appearance was beautiful. The dinner included the sushi buffet, but our waiter didn’t explain that properly, so I found it out only at the end of the dinner and regret for not focusing more on it as the sushi options were great with lots of bluefin tuna. My major complain about the hotel is the lack of response to questions I sent for over 3 months through hotels.com tool and even direct email. They simply didn’t reply emails despite my several follow ups. "

"O hotel fica a uns 8 minutos de caminhada da estação. Muito bem localizado. Até Tokyo dá 30 minutos de trem. Tem de tudo nas redondezas, Konbini, Burger King, Shoppings, Saizeriya, Yodobashi Camera, Wendy's Burger, Cafeteria, Tower Records, etc. Próxima vez que for para Tokyo, vou me hospedar lá novamente."

"Hotel excelente! A única observação é sobre a falta de tomadas para computador/tel etc! Praticamente não tem! Talvez por ser um hotel, mesmo que lindo, mais antigo. As Luzes do quarto tb poderiam melhorar, bem fracas. No msis excelente atendimento, café da manhã, conforto e super localização!!!"
