"This VRBO was very easy to get to. This 2 bedroom apt. has a good size room that includes kitchen, dining table and den that was very handy for all our needs. It seems brand new with modern bathrooms and kitchen appliances. The single car garage was handy. It was in walking distance of Old Colorado City. We plan to use it again when coming to visit family. "Overall we had a great stay. The location of the property was so close to every activity you may want to do in Colorado Springs. Austin, the owner, was great with communication. He reached out after we arrived to see if we needed anything and very responsive to any requests we had. There was a mix up with the cleaning service he used and all of the towels were still wet and although we found some dry towels still in the dryer Austin dropped off more for us just in case. "The location is perfect. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. There were a few maintenance needs in the unit and the communication / response was very quick. I would definitely stay again!"

"Condo was clean and good for 1-3 people. We had two and it worked great. Nice touch to include some basics like coffee, filters, and some items in the bathroom (in case forgotten or not bought). A few rules due to being a condo (no smoking on property grounds, don't run thu unit), overall a clean and convenient property. "
