"It was a great experience overall! As the other review and site description states the owner of the house who is really nice lives in the basement and has seperate entrance something to keep in mind. This was not an issue for us.The lack of air conditioning is very noticeable in these hotter months. "It was good"

"We loved the property! The house had plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, having coffee available was great, using the TV was simple, we LOVED sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. My only cretique would be the backyard needs a little TLC, but honestly with the huge front porch with beautiful views we probably wouldn't use the backyard anyway. We would stay again for sure!"

"A spectacular view and architecture! plenty of space to spread out. Surrounded by nature yet only blocks away from the center of town. We absolutely loved this place. "

"Cannot say enough good things about this house! "

"Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils. We appreciated the recommended local restaurants listed on the chalk board, and that we were within walking distance of an excellent grocery store. Also, we were so happy we could bring my daughter's dog with us. He was quite happy there."

"Super friendly. The hot tub was relaxing and they automatically turned it down for me when I said it was too hot. It is right by the lake, tons of things to do and the view is beautiful. "

"This is my 2nd stay within 3 months! It is always clean and we love that we can walk downtown! I’ll stay again when back in Colorado Springs."

"Loved it here! It is such a cute place to stay and perfect for our party. Well maintained, comfortable. The property was as described. It was a great fit for our 3 night stay. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Great place to stay while in Trinidad. The yard was perfect for our pups. The front porch was amazing, loved sitting out and watching the rain. House was perfect size, more than enough room for all of us. Kitchen was good size and had everything for cooking. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a great time at this rental. The house is centally located, close to everything. Off street parking was great and the large outdoor covered deck was a bonus. The house was fully stocked, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!"
