"This property is a split level. There are about 16 stairs before you arrive at the elevator. Once inside the Condo there are 6 to 8 stairs to the main floor, an additional 8 stairs to the first landing, and 6 more stairs to the bedrooms. The condo was clean and stocked with many amenities (wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys), lots of towels and more. Quiet location, nice pool and hot tub. The biggest plus of this rental was the golf cart that was included with the rental. Family...

"The property is awesome. Beautiful ocean views with all the amenities of home. The included golf cart allows for unlimited travel to all of the restaurants and fun that Avalon offers. We also chose to stay in one night and enjoy a barbecue on the balcony watching boats cruise in and out of the harbor. Our kids slept in the sleeper sofa and reported it was crazy comfy, Rimas, our point of contact, was so helpful during our entire stay. He arranged (w small fee) to have the golf cart waiting for...
