Rich's unit is the perfect location for views, access to clubhouse amenities, and the golf cart/beach and it offered the perfect space with comfy living areas and the balcony we spent most of our time on (the neighbors are nice too :)). "There is absolutely a dated charm to this spot - while aged, the entire property is clean, well cared for, and for the price, it's unbeatable in its location to downtown Avalon. Room was clean, there was hot water, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Absolutely recommend for a few nights on the island. "
