"Very nice studio decorated with taste and simplicity. The view, the organization of the space and the conviviality were great. Extremely functional and comfortable. One downside, you can only eat on a bench on a counter. The view was superb, but we had to use the balcony chairs inside at one point. Eating dinner outside in 15 degrees, even at the end of June, would have been a little uncomfortable. We made a table with a small piece of furniture and had a very nice week."

I would note that if you are from a rural area like me, bring a sound machine ( or white noise app) for the urban street noise you hear on the third floor.
